ARE ITEMS IN STOCK OR MADE TO ORDER?

We do our best to keep our inventory updated so we can ship orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life happens—busy seasons, events, the occasional snack break... you get the idea.

As a safe bet, most orders take about two weeks to complete. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way—because surprises are great for birthdays, not for online orders! 🎉📦

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

ItIf your order includes an item that needs to be made, we’ll hold everything until it's ready so your package can arrive together—because no one likes getting half a surprise. 🎁

Production time is usually around two weeks, but it can take longer depending on material availability and order volume (or if we get temporarily buried under a pile of supplies).

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE NAME?

We do not use whiskey barrels, instead we use fine exotic woods with a bit of domestics here and there. Whiskey is simply our dog’s name and we love him.
