RETURN POLICY – BECAUSE SOMETIMES THINGS JUST DON’T WORK OUT

We get it—sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit (or maybe your dog mistook it for a snack). That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy—you have a whole month after receiving your item to request a return!

HOW TO RETURN

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (so no “accidental” test runs). You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at whiskeyoakshandmade@gmail.com—don’t just send the item back unannounced; we like a little heads-up! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives looking like it lost a battle in transit (defective, damaged, or just totally wrong), let us know ASAP so we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some things just can’t be returned, including:
Special orders or personalized items (because they were made just for you!)
Sale items or gift cards (once they’re yours, they’re yours!)

EXCHANGES

Need a different size, color, or just changed your mind? The best way to swap is to return your item first. Once we accept the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that banks and credit card companies love to take their sweet time processing refunds.
